I should mention that it's wasting the paint companies' money. Crafters all over the world are saving a fortune!
But some of the projects ARE really cute...
haha this is so true. I felt guilty and awkward when I tried taking paint chips, so I ended up just taking like 3 that I obviously didn't do anything with. "They know what I'm here for!... but I can't just leave with nothing!"
