Hiatus Interrupted

We are always there. And Scott can tell a Warner from Adam now, my guess is because Jacob links us all together.

So here we are. I'm in Florida now, so my graphs are now about my life and experiences in Florida. My version of Excel is old, so I think I'll make my graphs on the other computer from now on.

In Honor of Kellyfish

Asia's fish, Kellyfish, went for a swim in the big unknown yesterday. She was 2 years old (I know! amazing!), and she was a good fish. She will be missed.

Finals, yikes

No matter what classes I have, there will always be one billion things to do the last few weeks of school. Note that even ballet has projects now. I mean, what about all those empty hours at the beginning of my semester?

Also, I had a great April Fools' graph, but I forgot about it. I did a great joke though: I gave a presentation in my student council class yesterday, and I went right after this boy who presented on a biography about Dr. Seuss. I stood up and said, "Well, I really wish Kenny had told me which book he was presenting on, because I read the same book. So we're about to have the same presentation. Sorry guys."

It only lasted a few seconds before someone realized, but MAN! fun!

MARCH MADNESS for me

That's right--our second victory this season!! And I scored 2 baskets! Wonder who will be in the final four?! (I want that intramural championship t-shirt now!)

College eating patterns

The number of pudding and yogurt cups follows this same pattern. The more often I'm in the library, the more spoons fill my bag. I promise I empty them out at crucial periods (notice the dip at midterm time!).

Pop quiz!

One time on a test, there was a 10 point question on a philosopher I vaguely remembered discussing (like, I remembered that he was from France). I got all ten points. All ten. From knowing nothing! So, you'd think that was just a universal skill that I have. I found out this isn't so. I can only generate correct answers for topics that will mean nothing to me within the five days after I answer the question. It's unfortunately, really.

Thursday, which feels like Friday

I think just about everybody has facebook. Last week, my friend Brittany showed me a facebook paged that belonged to a 3 month old baby. Her parents had made it for her when she was born. Her mom wrote on her wall: "You need a bath!"

This is not bad. It is just different. right?

Where was my phone?

After my test today, I tried to find my black phone in my black purse so I could turn it back on. I seriously took everything out twice and still couldn't find it. I almost turned the whole thing upside down until at the last second I felt the silly phone.

3 Day Weekend

I hear it will be raining in Vegas, though. This is sad, but not as sad as snow.

Lift off

I can't even count the number of times that I've watched the elevator doors slowly close with someone running down the hall trying to catch it. It's really surprising to me. I'd rather just let it go and wait a bit without getting my heart rate so high.

I think it was at the beach house one Christmas when we couldn't stop saying "frothy nougat." Haha.

I still feel optimistic, but I just don't think I'll end up as editor in chief of some magazine in NY any time soon.

It's Friday

It was the best idea, it was the worst idea...

We put up this tent in our living room, and we are beginning to regret it. I put my mattress in there, so I have been forced to sleep in the tent for 4 nights now.

One day we'll break down and break it down, I'm sure.

My Knee

Not bad since most of us haven't played basketball since 10th grade or so. Also, our team name is the GATORS, so what could go wrong??

So this morning hasn't been my favorite and I will have to make up work hours since I forgot my keys. But it's Friday, so things will improve, right?

Because Leila is hilarious

I love it when my family passes on funny things that the kids say. Their quips brighten my day and cause me to laugh at inappropriate moments (in the library, e.g.). This graph is not meant to bash Rob at all, actually. And apparently if you watch iCarly, you'll know the word "jank" already.

President Monson spoke last night at the Marriott Center. I love his talks! They are so easy to follow. And so memorable.

It was an excellent talk, and it was so wonderful to be in the same room as him.

On the big screen

Today I watched The Orphanage at the International Cinema on campus. EXCELLENT. VERY CREEPY. And I realized, I mostly didn't watch the movie. I mostly covered my eyes and held my breath.

The way things work

I'm looking for a lunch buddy for MWF at noon. It's boring to eat alone.

I also forgot to do my VT report for December. Add that to the resolutions pie chart.

Day 2 of semester 7

Today has been FULL of snow. Yesterday it snowed for 8 hours, and we thought that was bad. I left for work at 6:30 this morning and it was snowing then. Now, at 4:30 pm, it is coming down harder than ever! And the heel of one of my boots is no longer waterproof.
