Like Mother, Like Daughter

This whole post is her fault.

On Saturday we gathered together with the students and jumped in a van at 7 am. We drove and drove to the middle of the jungle, and then we donned harnesses and helmets and bug spray. 20 ziplines later, we were back on land.

This is Andrew carrying me. We are both attached to the zipline, don't worry.

At each platform, they would attach us to a line that went around the tree so we couldn't fall off the tiny platforms.

This is our group on one of those scary bridges you see in the movies.

Halfway through, we got some water and took a break.

Everyone really enjoyed the adventure! I think I was the most nervous. But it was a great bonding experience, and man, was that jungle beautiful!

They fed us lunch after since we worked so hard flying through the jungle. And we got free t-shirts!
